Woman Dancing Emoji

A person dancing, most commonly displayed as a salsa dancing woman wearing a red dress..

Originally intended to be gender-neutral, but now considered to be a female dancer. Previous versions of this emoji displayed a male dancer, or a stick figure dancer.

Woman Dancing was approved as part of Unicode 6.0 in 2010 under the name “Dancer” and added to Emoji 1.0 in 2015.
